In the small town of Millfield, miracles are few and far between. Isabella Austin Evangelista knows this all too well.

She’s resigned herself to a life of unfulfilled dreams and a loveless existence. Prentice Cameron was once the love of her life, until he discovered the truth about her privileged upbringing.

His love was lost to the vivacious Fiona Sawyer, until her untimely death from a brain tumor left Prentice to raise their two children alone. Isabella returns to Millfield, determined to make amends for her past mistakes.

She’s determined to be the fairy godmother that Prentice’s children need, baking chocolate cakes and painting tiny nails. But as secrets are revealed, Prentice is forced to confront the truth about why Isabella left him years ago.

Fiona, still haunting her family, watches as Isabella and Prentice dance around each other, and realizes that in order for Bella’s fairytale to come true, she must use her magic to keep her safe. Will they be able to rekindle their love and find their happily ever after, or will Isabella’s past keep them apart forever?

Editoral Review

Fairytale Come Alive by Kristen Ashley is a captivating romantic fantasy novel that transports readers to a magical world filled with creatures of the night, witches, and shape-shifters. Kristin Ashley is a New York Times bestselling author known for her stunning storytelling that brings to life unique worlds in her novels.

Her style, while best classified as women’s literature, also contains elements of the romance and fantasy genres. The story is centered on Isabella, an average human who is suddenly thrown into a world where supernatural creatures exist.

Isabella is swept off her feet by the enigmatic shape-shifter, Isaac, and embarks on a thrilling journey with him to uncover the truth about her family’s past. The book is set in an imaginary world, but its themes and conflicts speak to reality.

The story explores the idea of trust, self-discovery, and the power of love. The writing in Fairytale Come Alive is superb, with compelling characters that jump off the page.

Ashley’s prose is evocative, and her descriptions of the supernatural creatures in the book are both terrifying and magical. The author’s attention to element when it comes to the setting makes the imaginary world created in the book feel realistic and vivid.

The pace of the story is slow in the beginning, but it gains momentum as the plot unfolds. The build-up of tension and the twists in the plot create a sense of excitement and anticipation in readers, making Fairytale Come Alive hard to put down.

One of the weaknesses of the book is the dialogue, which can come across as forced in some instances. However, this does not detract significantly from the overall quality of the book.

Ashley’s character development is another of the book’s strong points, with the main character, Isabella, undergoing significant growth throughout the story. The heroine’s inner conflict, realistic portrayal of her emotions, and that of the other characters add depth to the book, making it relatable to readers.

The book is similar to other works in the genre such as Twilight and Harry Potter. But, Kristin Ashley’s unique storytelling sets this book apart from other works in the genre.

Overall, Fairytale Come Alive is an enjoyable read that will keep the readers engaged till the very end. The author’s writing is evocative, and the story is engrossing.

The book comes highly recommended for fans of the romance and fantasy genre. It is a book that provides a perfect escape from reality, reminding readers of the power of love and the magic of storytelling.

With all factors considered, from the well-developed characters, imaginative setting, and a thrilling plot that leaves no stone unturned, I rate the book Fairytale Come Alive by Kristen Ashley, five out of five stars.
