About the Author

Shéa MacLeod has had a lifelong dream of becoming a novelist. She can trace her passion for writing back to before she could even hold a crayon.

She credits her mother for instilling this love in her.

As a child, Shéa was drawn to the whimsical poem ‘Jabberwocky’ and the works of mystery writers Agatha Christie and Edgar Allan Poe. These early influences may have contributed to her unique style of storytelling.

After living in London, England for six years, Shéa returned to her hometown due to a lack of quality donuts. She now resides in the serene hills outside Portland, Oregon.

Here, she enjoys sipping on strong coffee, watching reruns of Ancient Aliens, and indulging in lemon curd. She is also passionate about dragons, as she believes everything is better with them.

Shéa is a published author known for her SUNWALKER SAGA, a fast-paced urban fantasy series with a strong female lead, which was published by Montlake. She has also written DRAGON WARS, a post-apocalyptic series featuring dragons, as well as the Cupcake Goddess novelettes.
