Editoral Review

Make Me Sin by J.T. Geissinger is a contemporary romance novel that was first published in January 2016. Geissinger is an American author who has written several books in the romance genre.

The novel follows the story of Aurora “Rory” St. John, a successful businesswoman who has worked hard to build her career. When she meets Max Leone, a notorious playboy and owner of a strip club, she is drawn to his dark and dangerous persona.

Despite their initial animosity towards each other, they soon find themselves unable to resist the intense attraction between them. However, as they navigate their tumultuous relationship, they must confront their own pasts and the secrets that threaten to tear them apart.

Geissinger’s writing style is engaging and descriptive, bringing the characters and setting to life. The plot is well-crafted and keeps the reader hooked until the very end.

The characters are complex and multi-dimensional, with their own flaws and insecurities that make them relatable.

One of the strengths of the novel is the way Geissinger handles the theme of redemption. Both Rory and Max have made mistakes in their pasts and are struggling to move on from them.

Through their relationship, they learn to confront their demons and forgive themselves for their past actions.

Another strength of the novel is the chemistry between the two main characters. Geissinger does an excellent job of building the tension between them and creating a believable and passionate romance.

However, the novel is not without its flaws. At times, the pacing feels slow and the plot could have been tightened up in places.

Additionally, some of the secondary characters are underdeveloped and feel like they are there simply to serve the plot.

Overall, Make Me Sin is an enjoyable and well-written contemporary romance novel with complex characters and a compelling storyline. Fans of the genre will find much to enjoy here.

However, those looking for a fast-paced read may find the pacing a little slow in places.

Rating: 4/5 stars.
