About the Author

I specialize in writing books that fall under the genres of paranormal romance and urban fantasy, among others. My love for books started at a young age, as I taught myself how to read when I was just four years old.

I remember attempting to ride my tricycle to work, even though I wasn’t entirely sure where work was located. I figured if people went there every day, it must be an exciting place to be.

Nowadays, I am fortunate enough to combine my passion for reading with my work, and I no longer have to ride my tricycle to get there. My popular Elder Races series first hit shelves in May of 2011, and if you are interested, you can also find me on social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.

Editoral Review

Natural Evil by Thea Harrison is a paranormal romance novel that was first published on March 20, 2012. Harrison is a well-known author in the paranormal romance genre, having written several other popular novels including the Elder Races series.

This book is set in a world where supernatural beings exist alongside humans, and the story centers around the love between an alpha werewolf and a human woman.

The plot of Natural Evil revolves around the character of Grace, a human woman who is trying to make a fresh start in life after a traumatic event. She moves to a small town in Colorado and takes a job as a librarian.

There she meets the alpha werewolf of the local pack, Liam Morrissey. Despite their initial animosity, they are drawn to each other and begin a passionate love affair.

However, their relationship is threatened by the presence of a dangerous supernatural creature that is causing chaos in the town.

The main characters in Natural Evil are well-developed and complex. Grace is a strong and independent woman who is dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic experience.

Liam is a powerful and charismatic alpha werewolf who is struggling to protect his pack and the town from the supernatural threat. The setting of the story is atmospheric and vividly described, and the conflicts that arise are exciting and suspenseful.

The novel also touches on several themes, including the power of love, the importance of family and community, and the struggle between good and evil. Harrison’s writing style is engaging and descriptive, and her use of language is powerful and evocative.

One of the strengths of Natural Evil is the way it seamlessly weaves together the supernatural and the human worlds. Harrison does an excellent job of creating a fully-realized world that is both fascinating and believable.

The romance between Grace and Liam is also a highlight of the book, as their chemistry and connection are palpable.

However, the book is not without its flaws. The pacing can be slow at times, and some of the secondary characters are not as well-developed as they could be.

The plot twists and turns can also be predictable at times, which may be disappointing for readers looking for more surprises.

Overall, Natural Evil is a well-written and engaging paranormal romance novel that will appeal to fans of the genre. It is not without its flaws, but it is a solid addition to Harrison’s body of work.

The book is recommended for readers who enjoy supernatural romance and are looking for a story with strong characters and an immersive setting.
