Overview

“Janie, I can give you everything you desire, and I won’t stop until you’re completely satisfied,” Austin Sinclair promises with a wicked grin. Their first encounter is unexpected, but Jane can’t resist Austin’s charm and confidence, even though she knows he’s a heartbreaker.

As they spend more time together, Jane realizes that there’s more to Austin than just his bad boy persona. He’s kind, considerate, and attentive to her needs in ways that no one has ever been before.

But Jane isn’t looking for love, just a temporary escape from her mundane life. Austin is the perfect candidate to give her the adventure she craves.

However, as their relationship progresses, Jane discovers that falling for Austin is inevitable. Will he be able to give her what she wants, or will she have to settle for less?

This steamy romance is not for the faint of heart. FOR ADULTS ONLY.

About the Author

Amelia James has been a fan of steamy romance novels since junior high, but unfortunately, her mother confiscated them. Despite that setback, she continued to indulge in daydreaming.

Eventually, when she got married, she started writing down her more risqué fantasies and submitted them to Playgirl magazine. To her surprise, two of them were published.

This inspired her to keep writing until her stories evolved into full-fledged, trashy books.

Currently, Amelia lives in Colorado, but her heart will always belong to her home state of Wisconsin. In her free time, she seeks inspiration from a wide range of sources, including sci-fi and action movies, football players, vampire lawyers, classic muscle cars, and strong, kick-butt heroines.

She’s always on the hunt for her next bad boy hero, and she can’t wait to see where her writing will take her next.

Editoral Review

Tell Me You Want Me by Amelia James is a contemporary romance novel that explores the complexities of love and relationships. The author, Amelia James, is a prolific writer of romance novels, with several other titles under her belt.

This book was first published on March 15, 2011, and has since garnered a dedicated following.

The novel follows the story of Megan and Seth, two people whose lives intersect in unexpected ways. Megan is a successful lawyer who is struggling with the pressures of her job and a failing marriage.

Seth is a musician who is trying to make a name for himself in the competitive music industry. When Megan and Seth meet, they are immediately drawn to each other, but their respective pasts and present circumstances make it difficult for them to pursue a relationship.

James does an excellent job of setting the scene and creating a believable world for her characters. The novel is set in a contemporary urban environment, which helps to ground the story in reality.

The characters are well-developed and relatable, with their flaws and strengths on full display. Megan and Seth are both complex individuals who are struggling to find their place in the world, and their journey towards each other is both heart-warming and heartbreaking.

The novel deals with themes of love, loss, and redemption, and James does a great job of exploring these themes with sensitivity and nuance. The pacing of the novel is well-done, with just the right amount of tension and release to keep the reader engaged.

The plot structure is also well-crafted, with several unexpected twists and turns that keep the story fresh and interesting.

One of the strengths of this novel is James’ writing style. Her prose is elegant and evocative, with a lyrical quality that draws the reader in.

She has a great ear for dialogue, and the conversations between her characters are both realistic and engaging. The themes of the novel are also timely and relevant, with the struggles of the characters reflecting larger societal issues.

However, the novel does have a few flaws. At times, the pacing can be slow, and some of the subplots feel underdeveloped.

Additionally, some of the dialogue can feel stilted and unnatural. Despite these minor issues, Tell Me You Want Me is a well-crafted novel that will appeal to fans of contemporary romance.

Overall, I would highly recommend Tell Me You Want Me to anyone who enjoys romance novels. It is a beautifully written, emotionally engaging story that will leave readers with a sense of hope and optimism.

I give this novel a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
