About the Author

Adrian McKinty, an Irish author, was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and spent his childhood on Victoria Council Estate in Carrickfergus, County Antrim. Adrian pursued higher education by reading law at the University of Warwick and studying politics and philosophy at the University of Oxford.

In the early 1990s, he made his way to the United States, where he initially lived in Harlem, New York, and later settled in Denver, Colorado. Adrian began writing fiction and also served as a high school English teacher during his time in Colorado.

Currently, he resides in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and two children.
